2.1. The Operator processes data of Clients who have entered into a contractual relationship with the Operator and their legal representatives.

We process your data based on Contractual Necessity and Legitimate Interest:3.1. To provide services under the Masterclass Agreement.3.2. To maintain communication, including sending notifications, updates, and responding to inquiries.

The Operator collects only the minimum data necessary:

  • Email Address.
  • Mobile Phone Number.
  • Technical Data: IP address, cookies, and usage data (automatically collected for platform functionality).

5.1. Data is processed both automatically and manually.5.2. Confidentiality: We do not sell your personal data. Data is disclosed to third parties only for legal compliance or court orders.5.3. Retention: We store your data as long as your account is active. Upon your request or account deletion, data is permanently erased.

6.1. We implement industry-standard organizational and technical measures (encryption, firewalls) to protect your data from unauthorized access.6.2. In case of a data breach, the Operator will notify affected Clients within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach.
7. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
7.1. As the Operator is located in the Russian Federation, your data will be processed and stored on servers located in Russia. By using our services, you consent to this cross-border transfer.
8. YOUR RIGHTS (GDPR & CCPA COMPLIANCE)
Regardless of your location, you have the following rights:

  • Right to Rectification: You can ask us to correct inaccurate information.

9. LIABILITY
9.1. The Operator is liable for damages resulting from unlawful use of personal data as per the laws of the Russian Federation.9.2. The Operator is not liable if the data was already public or disclosed with the Client's consent.
